Overview
This policy explains how AiM Infosoft collects, uses and protects information when you use AIM Invoice AI. It is provided as a general template and should be reviewed by your legal team before production use.
Information we process
We process account details, invoice documents you upload, and the data extracted from them. Invoice files are stored privately and separated by tenant.
How we use data
Uploaded documents are used to extract, verify and export invoice data on your behalf. We do not sell your data.
Data storage and security
Files are kept on private storage with controlled access, role-based permissions and audit logging. Provider keys are encrypted.
Data retention
You may delete invoices and exported files from your workspace. Backups are rotated periodically.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting support.
